The average grooming appointment takes about 1- 1 1/2 hours. Times may be longer for aggressive behavior or coat conditions.

You will drop off your cat. We recommend running errands or get food at the diner two doors down. We will let you know when your cat is ready to be picked up.

The grooming needs for cats do have a few variables, but we recommend, on minimum, every season change. Your groomer will go over grooming needs individually when you come in for your appointment.

Cats' nails should be done every 4-6 weeks. It is not unusual for cats to need them every 2 weeks.

We promote a positive grooming experience and want to set them up to succeed. At drop-off, we discuss the main concerns. We will start with those processes and monitor the cat’s behavior. When we feel that the cat was able to handle what it could safely and humanely, we will call the owners for pick-up. We will then go over a game plan to proceed from there.
