Her passion for animals started young, learning basic grooming skills with her family’s Bouviers and continuing into adulthood with her beloved Great Pyrenees. Lisa’s favorite part of the industry is the daily connection with animals and the opportunity to support both pets and their people. One of her proudest accomplishments is managing veterinary clinics while also creating impactful social media content and programs for multiple practices. With her calm presence, deep industry knowledge, and love for the gentle giants like the Great Pyrenees, Lisa is a welcome and trusted face at the front of our salon.

Anna is a passionate groomer who embarked on her grooming journey in July 2022. She finds immense joy in being around and interacting with dogs of all breeds, taking the time to understand their unique personalities and preferences. Anna's greatest accomplishment is honing her ability to read body language effectively, allowing her to provide a calm and reassuring experience for dogs, especially those with difficulties.

She has gained valuable handling experience, mastering the art of working with dogs that may require extra patience and care. Anna specializes in outline trims, where she can showcase her precision and attention to detail, leaving dogs looking their best. Her dedication to understanding and connecting with each furry client sets her apart as a skilled and compassionate groomer.

Heather is a seasoned groomer with a wealth of experience, having started her grooming journey back in 2009. Her favorite aspect of grooming is the opportunity it provides to bond with both animals and clients, fostering meaningful connections that extend beyond just grooming sessions.

One of Heather's greatest accomplishments is her expansion into cat grooming, showcasing her versatility and dedication to providing top-notch care to a variety of furry friends. Her expertise in cat grooming led her to become the manager at the cat salon, where she continues to excel in creating a comfortable and enjoyable grooming experience for feline clients.

While Heather enjoys working with all breeds, her specialties lie in schnauzers, Old English Sheepdogs, and Poodles. Her attention to detail and passion for grooming make her a valued member of our team, dedicated to ensuring every pet leaves looking and feeling their best.

Kayla brings five years of grooming expertise to our team, where she marries her artistic flair with a deep passion for ensuring every dog feels comfortable during grooming. Her artistic abilities shine through as she transforms pups into their best selves, all while prioritizing their comfort and well-being. Kayla's proudest achievement is winning first place in a Rescue Me competition, showcasing her dedication to enhancing the lives of rescue pets.

She has a soft spot for schnauzers and loves working on outline trims for double-coated dogs, where she can showcase her precision and attention to detail. Kayla's commitment to both artistry and pet welfare makes her an invaluable member of our grooming family.

Meet Carrie, our talented bather and groomer in training who embarked on her grooming journey in December 2023. With a year of experience in bathing, Carrie has already developed a deep passion for earning a dog's trust, especially those dealing with anxiety or past traumas. She finds immense reward in building relationships based on trust and care, creating a positive experience for each furry friend she works with.

One of Carrie's greatest accomplishments so far has been graduating Level 1 of Paragon Grooming School, a testament to her dedication and commitment to honing her skills. She particularly enjoys doing de-sheds on double-coated breeds like German Shepherds and Huskies, showcasing her expertise in handling and grooming these beautiful breeds. Carrie's journey as a groomer is just beginning, and her passion for creating positive grooming experiences shines through in her work every day.

Bather

Tarren began working with animals in 2022 and has always known her career would involve pets. She once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but ultimately found her calling on the grooming floor, where she can connect with animals in a more hands-on, comforting way.

She’s especially proud of her ability to work with emotionally or physically challenging dogs, helping them feel safe and understood. Those are the dogs that tend to bond with her most.

While Golden Retrievers are her all-time favorite, Tarren also has a soft spot for unique breeds—especially the wonderfully quirky Chinese Crested. Her patience, gentle approach, and genuine love for animals make her an important part of our team.

Anna has been surrounded by animals her entire life, and she officially began working with dogs professionally in 2021. Before grooming, she gained experience through pet sitting, dog daycare, dog parks, and enrichment training—giving her a well-rounded understanding of canine behavior and care. Her favorite part of grooming is knowing she can make a difference in a dog’s day. The joy and affection she gets from the pets she works with is what keeps her passionate and motivated.

One of Anna’s proudest accomplishments is holding multiple positions in her previous pet-care roles, where she consistently stepped up to learn, grow, and support her team. Anna loves working with all dogs, but Beagles and Pitties hold a special spot in her heart. Her gentle energy and genuine dedication to helping pets feel their best make her a wonderful part of our team.
