She finds immense reward in building relationships based on trust and care, creating a positive experience for each furry friend she works with.One of Carrie's greatest accomplishments so far has been graduating Level 1 of Paragon Grooming School, a testament to her dedication and commitment to honing her skills. She particularly enjoys doing de-sheds on double-coated breeds like German Shepherds and Huskies, showcasing her expertise in handling and grooming these beautiful breeds. Carrie's journey as a groomer is just beginning, and her passion for creating positive grooming experiences shines through in her work every day.

Over the years, Ariana has taken on multiple leadership roles, a testament to her dedication and skill. Madelyn began her journey in the pet industry in 2016, working at an equestrian center, which opened her eyes to a whole new world of opportunities. Now as a receptionist, she loves the daily experience of meeting different dogs and getting to know their unique personalities. Madelyn’s biggest accomplishment is the strong relationships she’s built with customers, creating a safe and welcoming environment for people and their pets, especially those who may need extra care or support. She has a soft spot for shepherds, huskies, pitties, and retrievers, enjoying their loyalty and vibrant spirits. Madelyn takes pride in being a friendly face and a supportive presence for both pets and their owners.
